Breakfast
Our two course gourmet breakfast, prepared by the “Breakfasteer”, is served in our large sun-filled breakfast room.
Start your day with tea, coffee, and juice. Our menu changes from day to day depending on the selection from the local markets. First on your plate could be baked apple garnished with sherbet and pecans or Nova Scotia's own blueberry grunt with a drizzle of cream. Farm fresh eggs usually highlight our main course.
Great effort is taken to ensure that our guests' dietary needs are addressed. Please let us know of any preferences, dislikes, and medical concerns.
