Breakfast

We serve a full gourmet breakfast each morning in our sun-filled breakfast room. Start off with tea, coffee and juice, fruit, and freshly baked pastries such as our signature apricot rolls. Hot and cold cereals are always available in addition to a hot entrée that changes daily. Sample breakfast items include:

* Skewered tropical fruit drizzled with an enticing honey-lime dressing.

* Crispy, baked, Orange French-Toast generously topped with a fresh berry-rhubarb sauce and served with Nova Scotia’s own Pure Maple Syrup.

* Beautiful farm egg, poached in cream, nestled in a cup of ham and topped with a sprinkling of swiss.
